ArrowOutlet is a fun auction site where anyone can win what they want at low prices.

It doesn't work like traditional online auctions. Each item starts at or under $1. Every time you place a bid, the price of the item is increased by a small amount, ranging from just one penny to ten cents. Each bid costs just $0.50 and can be purchased in packs of 40, 80, 100, 400, and 1000 bids.

Every time someone places a bid, a maximum of 15 seconds is added to the bid clock. This gives a opportunity for other users interested in the item to get in on the action. If another user places a bid, we extend the time by 15 seconds as well so you have a opportunity to bid back. This is like the classic auction where the auctioneer yells, "Going, going, gone!"

If you are the last bidder when the timer reaches zero, then you win! The product is yours for the low price in the auction.

If you don't win, don't worry! You can still buy the product at a discount to the Retail Price. Each bid gives you a $0.10 discount (20% of the original cost of the bids!) For example, let's say you spend 50 bids trying to win a $50 product, but you don't win it. Your 50 bids cost $25, so you get a 20% discount of $5.

This lowers the risk in participating in our auctions, so you can always end up with what you want.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. First, register for an account with just your email. Then, get a bid package (our most popular size is 105 bids at only $49.95). Finally, find a product you like and place a bid! We pride ourselves in a fast, easy, and painless registration system. Our site statistics show that most of our users register, buy bids, and start bidding in under 6 minutes!

How does the Bid-O-Matic system work?

Our simple Bid-O-Matic system saves you the effort of needing to click if you are making repeated bids.

Here’s how it works. First, set the minimum price you want the Bid-O-Matic to kick in. Then set the maximum price you want the Bid-O-Matic to stop bidding at. Then set the maximum number of bids you would like your autobidder to make. Finally, click “go” and our system will do the bidding for you!

The Bid-O-Matic will randomly place a bid for you between 15 and 5 seconds to keep other bidders guessing. This will continue until the autobidder hits the limit you imposed, runs out of bids, or if you win the item for yourself!

What guarantees are there that the product will reach me after I win?

We take order fulfillment very seriously. First, we operate wholly in the United States and under US Commerce Laws, we are legally obliged to make good on delivering a product for the price you win at. We pledge that we will ship your order rapidly and exactly as it appears on our site. We do not ship used, refurbished, or blemished items like some other sites. For items that are bought through the regular auction, we will give you a full refund of the price you paid for the item plus shipping if you are unsatisfied with the product. Note only the purchase price can be refunded, and not the cost of any used bids.

For items that are purchased through Buy It Now, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and 15% restocking fee if you contact us with 30 days of item arrival.

Can everyone be a winner?

While the auction is live, you can choose to buy the item at a discount proportional to the amount of bids you've placed in the auction. For example, if you place $15 in bids on a $20 item, you get a 20% discount or $3 off. At any time before the auction ends, you can buy the product for $20 - $3 = $17 plus shipping.

This means there's little risk to placing a bid!
