How do I change my password?

After logging in, just click on My Outlet at the top of the page. Then click on Change Password in the menu on the left.

How do I change my contact information or email address?

After logging in, just click on My Outlet at the top of the page. Then click on My Contact Details in the menu on the left. Change any of the information, including email, name, and address, and press I'm Done! Please note that we only accept email addresses that are not associated with any other account

What do I do if I've forgotten my username?

The customer username was emailed to you when you first registered. If you cannot find this email, click here, choose the subject "My Account" write a message with your email address in it, and we'll send you your username.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

No problem - just click here, fill in your email on the right side, and we'll send you your password.

Can I change my user name?

Unfortunately you cannot change your username. Make sure to choose a username you like under 18 characters that is not offensive when you register.

Where can I check how many auctions I have won?

After logging in, just click on My Outlet at the top of the page. Then click on Won Auctions in the menu on the left. Here you can see all the auctions you've won, pay for won items, and view receipts.
