How do I recognize a fake email entailing a request for payment?

Employees of ArrowOutlet will never ask you for your password in emails or on the phone. Therefore, please do not send your password to anyone and don't hesitate to contact our customer service at support@arrowoutlet.com if you receive such a message.

Official payments to ArrowOutlet will also only occur through ArrowOutlet.com, not on any other website. Please do not respond to any emails asking for a direct deposit or Western Union.

What should I do, if I receive a suspicious email?

Forward the email to support@arrowoutlet.com and we can tell you whether the email was sent by us or not.
