How long will the delivery take?
Delivery times vary for the different items that we auction. Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, with the majority of orders arriving within 5 days of payment. We'll let you know as soon as your item has been dispatched.
If it's been 14 days since you've paid for the item,
contact us to resolve the situation.

What should I do if the item I won is faulty?
Please DO NOT send the item back to us or back to the shipper without contacting us, as this will take longer to replace your item.
We're sorry that you have received an item that you are not happy with. Occasionally an item might not work or may get damaged in transit. If this has happened, we will solve your problem as quickly as possible.
It is sometimes useful to check the manufacturer's website or call their helpline. The most common problems are usually solved without having to return the product.
In the event that the product you received is faulty, please contact and we'll work with you to quickly resolve the situation. Please have available the auction ID, username, and the serial number of the product, as these will help us resolve your problem more quickly. For items won through direct auctions, we guarantee the full amount and shipping back. For items bought through Buy It Now, we will refund the amount returned to us by our supplier.

Do you ever substitute items?
On rare occasions we are no longer able to source the specific item detailed in the auction. When this happens, we will contact you and offer to send you an equivalent item of at least equal value. Often this will mean an upgrade to the newer version of the item, which is good for you! If you choose not to accept the substitute item, we will send you a check for the retail value of the item.

Can I return/refund an item that I have won?
If, for whatever reason you decide that you don't want the item, please get in touch with our customer service team and we'll explain what to do next. We can offer a refund within 14 days of delivery of the final auction price of the item and the shipping cost to your home. We cannot, however, refund the cost of the bids placed on the item or the return shipping cost from your home.
