Product Description

The large standoff shell of the Schutt DNA Pro+ Adult Football Helmet design allows for more TPU cushioning to be packed in for the best protection on the field.  The Schutt exclusive Thermoplastic Urethane (TPU) cushioning increases impact absorption while also enhancing heat management and overall hygienics inside the helmet during in-game conditions.  The extra large shell design combined with the DNA facemask also allows for the greatest field of vision, important for avoiding would-be blockers or tacklers.  When you take the field with a DNA Pro Plus helmet, you know you are wearing the best protection possible with enhanced comfort and fit so you can focus on making the big plays.

TPU Cushioning System

The DNA Pro Plus uses Thermoplastic Urethane (TPU) Cushioning that's been proven superior to traditional foam padding in game-like conditions: better impact absorption, better heat management and better hygienics.  TPU cushioning won't take a compression set, won't break down (even after thousands of impacts) and is resistant to mold, mildew fungus and bacteria.

SUREFIT Air Liner System

The DNA Pro Plus features a two-piece SUREFIT inflatable air liner system that makes this football's best fitting and most comfortable helmet.  The SUREFIT air liner is made from a soft, yet durable anti-microbial material that gives you a precise, custom fit right out of the box.

DNA Faceguard (Not Included)

Designed exclusively for the large offset DNA helmets.  Gives players one of the widest fields of view possible so you can see all the action around.

The Tests Don't Lie

In head-to-head testing by an independent research lab the TPU cushioning inside the DNA Pro + dramatically out performed the foam cushioning in both the Riddell Speed and Revolution. In fact, the Riddell Speed absorbed 24% less impact than the DNA Pro + while the Riddell Revolution absorbed 44% less impact than the DNA Pro +.
